The love of coffee is now taking its toll on me. Thus, im trying to find some alternatives for a hot cup every morning. And I've tried different tea and never did I find something that could be a part of my morning routine until this one. I just I found my luck on this. This tea is so mild and tolerable for my taste buds. Ive been drinking this regularly for the past 2 weeks. Unlike other teas where I do get palpitations or uneasy feel, this is just like water. I am not feeling any benefits right now, but somehow I feel my body is happy for having lesser caffeine intake.
